These terms and conditions apply to all products sold to you by GELLY (gellypresson.com). Please read these terms and conditions before submitting your order.
The product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the accurate colors of our products, but we cannot guarantee that the color display of any device will accurately reflect the true color of the product. The product you order may vary slightly from the images shown.
Our press on nails are handmade by professional manicurists. Each pair may have minor variations in their physical appearance.
The prices of the products will be displayed during your online shopping process.
We take all reasonable care to ensure the product prices we provide are correct, but in the rare event of a price being obviously mispriced, we will contact you before accepting your order and provide guidance. If we accept and process your order where the mispricing is obvious, unavoidable, and you could reasonably be expected to recognize it as a mispricing, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you have made. GELLY retains the right of final decision should any dispute arise.
DELIVERY
GELLY will ship your order within 3-5 working days. Our orders are shipped via SF Express to Hong Kong addresses or Macao addresses or SF stations or locker only. We will not be liable for any refunds or penalties in the event of unforeseen circumstances causing delayed shipment; however please be assured we make every effort into delivering your order as soon as possible.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
* Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays).
* Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions.
* Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. GELLY is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice.
* Shipping to outlying islands or Macao may take 2 additional days for delivery.
If you’re not available to receive your package upon delivery, SF Express will leave contact information for you to make alternative arrangements. Please contact SF Express should you need to enquire about your package delivery.
RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons, there is no returns or no exchanges under any circumstances.
If have any products quality problem, please sent back to the GELLY email: gellypresson.cs@gmail.com within 5 days, please provide paid day, invoice code, products details and photo.
GELLY will assess and validate on 5-10 days to provide solutions by email. Please note, as aforementioned - GELLY retains the right of final decision should any dispute arise.
PRIVACY
We highly value the confidentiality and security of personal information. We are committed to respecting your privacy and personal choices while providing you with personalized services.
The personal information you provide to us and the personal information collected during our interactions with you will be used solely for internal use within GELLY and the necessary external companies (e.g., SF Express).
