Points will expire annually on August 31. VIP & VIC membership is valid for 365 days after upgrade. During this period, shopping that meets the spending criteria will automatically renew membership. Cash voucher must be used within 1 month from the date of redemption. Each order can use a maximum of one cash voucher. *The After-sales Service covers free repair for any nail that is lost or damaged under normal use. This service is limited to a maximum of two (2) repairs per customer for the same nail style. By participating in the loyalty program (GELLY Rewards) , members agree to these terms and conditions. GELLY Ltd. reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program (GELLY Rewards) at any time without prior notice.
